Hacked: A Brief Migraine

Whoop-dee-fucking-doo

Each day in our life as a crypto project is like an episode of Breaking Bad; always ending on a cliff-hanger, with you waking up to check that the markets are back up, only to find a disgruntled conspiracy theorist who is drawing lines from Nebraska to New Zealand, telling you how the tectonic plate shift incurred the wrath of Youssef, and now someone who’s theory you refused to entertain is now upset that you didn’t want to listen to him — so he does the next logical thing: hack your Telegram and Twitter, then proceed to tell the world that you’re a scam. Yet, we’re still in Telegram trying to provide support to our holders, continue to develop our products, and maintain business as usual. Just another Tuesday…

I once endured a heart attack at the age of 28 after a freak MMA sparring session gone wrong. At the tail end of my recovery, I met and had a rather insightful conversation with Masterchef’s Matt Preston, who told me that panic, worry, doubt, negativity — are emotions that will cloud your better judgement and add the end of the day render you an invalid — you’ll be too afraid to face the outside world, afraid of getting hurt, dying, afraid to confront and endure. That conversation hyped me up so much that to this day, I have no fear of dying, of failure or the unknown — I will take each day as a brand new one, and not attach carabiners of the past to draw parallels with the present and the future. What am I getting at with all this?

Nothing that happened before matters today or tomorrow — no one cares that we ran a billboard in NYC, had an entire video shot for our ongoing Porsche Taycan competition, upgraded our website, got listed on one CEX, and CoinGecko, or even formed a partnership with Raku and Sanshu called The Dog Pack. Likewise, hacks happen, and they happen to good people too. There are people that seek to destroy the reputations of others, discredit them and bring shame to them, regardless of the hard work — regardless of our constant pleas to the hacker to think about our community, our partners, our investors — the charity projects to save the Rhino in Africa, to give Autistic children a chance at excellence, to teach underprivileged youth important tech skills. And this hacker didn’t mention that he tried to hustle us for 2000 Dollars to hand back our Twitter account. The initial amount was 3000, but he offered us a “discount”.

Right now, all of this is news, and bells being rung, with fudders saying the end is nigh. We really need a contract that generates yield based on FUD that’s spewed in the most unfounded manner daily. You’d swear these people are looking at another chart. But none of it will matter; what’s hot, or even severe at this moment is gone and forgotten in a matter of days — moments even. Life goes on (Queue Lil Baby track).

Strangely enough, these events all took place as soon as we began announcing that we’re about to drop some big news, and that our involvement in the DeFi space is about to become real. The closer we approach to revealing this news, the more severe the attacks become, the more malicious the intent. The hacker is becoming desperate, and trying to hit us where it hurts the most — by attacking our community. Because this hacker knows that the real source of Bishu’s strength, lies in our community, and by trying to break the community’s faith in us, he feels like he is winning. To him and his followers — well done on your little endeavour. But Bishu Finance is a legitimate project, despite your biggest attempts to discredit it.

We’re dropping that news, you shit eating spineless fuck. And we’re going to propel our holders into Ganymede. Buckle up Bishu fam, and set a course to to the next dimension — warp speed!

Bishu Finance is spearheaded by a group of dedicated professionals who work around the clock to ensure this projects success. We’d like to thank all our wallet holders for staying the course with us and having continued faith in the project. We’ll introduce the team over the course of the season. Starting with our illustrious designer — but that’s a dialogue best enjoyed on a warm summer afternoon.
